We accept drives from all over the world. If you have any questions please give us a call. Follow the steps below for detailed instructions on starting the recovery process. Local clients’ must call to schedule an appointment to drop off the drive(s). We are open Monday – Friday by appointment only with a lunch break from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm. Saturday we are open from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. For after hours or emergency cases please email us using the contact form located below.
Our mail room is open 24 hours with a secure package chute available for after hours drop offs. Authorization forms and anti-static bubble bags are available inside the mail room. Please send us a message using the contact form below if you plan on using our drop box so we can be sure it’s checked as soon as we are available and the diagnostic is completed as soon as possible.
We will call you after receiving the drive(s) and completing the diagnostics with the results and a firm quote to proceed.
- Prepare a box for shipping your drive(s). The drive(s) should be wrapped in bubble wrap and inserted in an anti-static sleeve (if available) to optimize no further damage arising from shipping and handling. The drive(s) should be packed tight so they don’t bang around in the box.

Include this form in the shipping box along with the diagnostic fee of $68.90 including tax per drive or $106 per drive for RAID drives which can be made out to Tri-State Data Recovery in the form of a check, money order, or by using the PayPal payment option on the bottom of the page.
